Every club representative records a 2–3 minute voice sample. Their cloned voice powers the AI agent — so when a member calls in, it genuinely sounds like their Captain or Greenkeeper. Voice ownership stays with the individual, not the club.
Committee meetings are recorded, then processed through ElevenLabs Scribe v2 with full speaker diarisation. Claude Haiku extracts attendees; Claude Sonnet generates formal minutes, an action register, and a plain-language member summary.
